We raise about 3-4 steers for market each year. Most of them are born right on farm and are pasture raised from day one. The mama cows are vaccinated and wormed each year, but the steers are not. We use no growth hormones or drugs on our steers. They are grass fed and may be a mix of Hereford, Angus and other breeds.
Beef is sold by whole, half or if you have a friend to help, we can sell by the quarter. We will work with you to determine the best cuts for your needs, and bring the steer to the butcher for you.
